The Calgary PowerHockey League (CPHL) is dedicated to providing a quality adaptive hockey program for all persons 12 or older who require the use of an electric wheelchair for daily mobility.  We are a Canadian Registered Charity solely operated through the efforts of dedicated volunteers & charitable donations.

2017-2018 Season Registration Form

Registration forms will be mailed out to everyone on our mailing list, if you don't receive your form in the mail by the second week in June or if you are a new player this season, please click the link below to download a PDF of the 2017-2018 Registration form.

Registration is $100 per player plus $100 jersey damage deposit which is returned at the end of the season.

You may fill out the form, print it out and mail it to Mike Jorgensen, League Secretary (address can be found on the second page of the form). Or, fill out the PDF form (if you have Acrobat or some other PDF reader) and email it back to . March of Dimes Canada has introduced the Assistive Mobile Technology Initiative (AMTI) for people with disabilities. They are looking for local residents with a disability which impacts their ability to communicate, be independent or to enjoy other aspects of a full life. Download the attached application form for a chance to win a customized tablet package. Tablet packages may include a tablet, case, stylus and specialized apps. The Tablet package has a maximum value of $1875.00 per winner. The cutoff date to apply is January 22nd, 2018.

February 3rd Games Re-scheduled

Due to the unexpected severity of yesterday's weather, and the chaos and delays it caused on the roads, many players were unable to make it to their games.

Because of this, it has been decided to re-schedule and re-play the two games on March 3rd. The start of the CPHL Playoffs has been pushed back a week to accommodate the re-play games.
