Was a difficult player to play against, who made opponents have to raise their level of compete. A natural leader who inspired teammates to play harder than ever and could bring the best out of people. A great hockey mind, who’s game plans and strategy helped win many close games.

Enjoyed the defensive side of game and was able to shut down stronger opponents through positioning, toughness and competitiveness. Also a skilled play maker who lead the league in assists multiple times. Had a strong desire and commitment to win. His willingness to do whatever the team needed made him a great teammate.

Played his best in hard playoff situations, had an ability to raise level of play and intensity in most important moments. Always counted on to play big minutes at tournaments and in playoffs. Was awarded the playoff MVP twice and was a key part of every league championship he won.

Off the court has been instrumental in helping run and improve the league for years. As involved in the hockey side of the league as anyone in league history.
