Calgary Power Hockey League

A change has been made to the official CPHL Rulebook.  The revised rule is as follows:

Section IX - MAJOR PENALTIES

High Sticking Above The Shoulders: Making incidental contact with a stick on another player above the shoulders. This includes the windup or the follow through from shooting or passing.  (4 Minute Double Minor).  If a player is injured by a stick on another player above the shoulders or there was intent to strike another player.  (5 Minute Penalty & Game Misconduct Penalty)

This change takes effect immediately.
